John Chagnon

John Chagnon

President

John is a graduate of Ryerson Polytechnic University & Mohawk College. He has 20+ years of experience working with several non-profit & charitable organizations specifically in governance, communications, marketing, policy, diversity, conferences/events and fundraising. As an Executive Director/General Manager, John works with organizations on strategy development and execution. He enjoys interacting with volunteers and members while working towards increasing membership satisfaction.

 

 
Peter Traversa

Peter Traversa

Vice President

Peter has a diverse background in management and executive roles, with a particular focus on customer service, communications and creative campaigns and solutions. Over the course of his career, team building, collaboration and succession planning have been the cornerstone of his leadership style. Peter provides marketing, management and operational support for our clients.

Peggy Ball

Peggy Ball, B.S.B.A.

Vice President Finance and Administration

Peggy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in retail merchandise management from Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa. She began her career with a large Canadian retailer and progressed from the Management Development Program through to department management and home furnishings buying. She has been part of the Funnel team for more than 30 years and is responsible for the financial administration of the company's association clients.

 

 

Brandi Lemessy

DIGITAL MEDIA, DESIGN AND IT MANAGER

Brandi has a BSc, in Management Studies from (UWI) The University of The West Indies, and advanced diplomas in Interactive Media Design and Advertising - Digital Media Management from Durham College. She has over 9 years of experience in the Design and Marketing industry. At Funnel she creates designs for a variety of digital media projects, performs front-end web development for a diverse range of clients, and manages IT operations.

 

 
Evonne Brant

Evonne Brant

Account Manager

Evonne uses her excellent organizational skills to manage two of our associations. She has previous experience with a non-profit organization, where she utilized her extensive skills in database creation and management to enhance customer service. As an Account Manager, Evonne is directly involved in all facets of association management. On behalf of one of our valued clients, she coordinates over 30 training courses annually.

 

 
Alexandra Lee

Alexandra Lee

Administration Manager

Alexandra has a BA in Mathematics from York University. Prior to joining Funnel, Alexandra worked for 15 years at an international life insurance company in various roles including customer support and product marketing. As our head of Client Success, Alexandra is on the front lines helping our clients administer their association memberships and course registrations, coordinate engaging meetings and events, and assist in communicating important association updates over social media channels.

 

 
Cindy Gareau

Andrea Lowry

Manager, Client and Member Relations

Prior to joining Funnel Andrea has worked for 13 years at an International Swiss-based global building materials and aggregates company in various roles including Customer Support and Accounts Receivable and most recently with a Worldwide cloud-based healthcare software provider as a Customer Care specialist with a focus on clinical problem solving and specialized customer care. Andrea is on the front lines helping our clients administer their association memberships and course registrations, coordinate engaging meetings and events, and assist in communicating important association updates over social media channels.

 

 

T’mikah Fridal

Media and Communications Manager

T’mikah studied at Ontario College of Art and Design University (OCADU) where she graduated with a Bachelor of Design, majoring in Advertising Design and minoring in Wearable Technology. T’mikah has a diverse skill set, specializing in marketing, design and photography. At Funnel, she is responsible for all things creative, including branding and front-end web design, and strives to create and amplify client brand stories and company events.
